Q. What is TBayTel On Demand Conference?

A. On Demand Conferencing is a service that allows your business to conduct secure automated teleconferences whenever you want without ever having to reserve the call in advance, or specifying the date, time, duration or number of participants. Your business has access to the service 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

A. Web Conferencing is a powerful Internet tool lets you share anything on your computer with your audience in a controlled and secure environment. Use Web Conferencing along with your Teleconference so that participants can view your presentation and share applications.

Q. How do I get a Teleconferencing Pass Code?

A. When you sign up for TBayTel On Demand Conferencing, you will receive a Welcome Package that includes:

• A 24/7 Wallet Card with your On Demand pass codes required to log into Teleconferencing and Web Conferencing
• A Teleconferencing User Guide
• A Web Conferencing User Guide

Q. Am I a Moderator or a Participant?

A. The role of the Moderator is to set up the meeting with the Moderator Code. TBayTel sets up the Moderators for your company's account and will provide you with the necessary Moderator Codes and Access Codes. The Moderator has access to all touch-tone commands while the participants have limited access.

As a participant you will be assigned an Access Code by your Moderator. You will be able to participate in the conference and use a selection of the touch-tone commands.
