• TBayTel's Monitoring Station is a fully computerized environment, utilizing the most up-to-date software programs to provide efficient alarm processing and client information. If you or your insurance company need a report on an alarm activity or opening/closings in your home or business, TBayTel can provide up-to-the-minute reports, 24 hours a day.
• To ensure continuous, uninterrupted service through any weather or storm condition, we have secondary backup systems including battery and generator backups to maintain constant power. Our computer network is state of the art, with a second mirrored network server in the event of a hardware failure.
• The monitoring personnel are highly trained, well versed in monitoring station procedures and interact with authorities over direct communication lines. All staff are certified as SIA/Apco (Security Industry Association) and CSAA (Central Station Alarm Association) operators. This training program is the only one if its kind recognized throughout Canada and the United States.
