Michael Power
Chair, Tbaytel Municipal Service Board
Michael Power is the Vice President of Regional Cancer and Diagnostic Services at Thunder Bay Regional Health Sciences Centre, and the founding CEO of the Thunder Bay Regional Research Institute. Mr. Power’s portfolio also includes the Diagnostic Imaging Program of Thunder Bay Regional Health Sciences Centre, as well as the Laboratory and Pathology Programs. He participates on the Provincial Leadership Council of Cancer Care Ontario. Mr. Power received his Master of International Management degree from the University of St. Thomas and holds Bachelor degrees from Lakehead University and Western Michigan University.

Phil Anzarut
Director, Tbaytel Municipal Service Board
Phil Anzarut is a mergers and acquisitions professional with BDC Venture Capital in Montreal, holding the title of Director, Special Situations and Venture Capital. Prior to joining BDC, Mr. Anzarut worked with CAE in mergers and acquisitions, was Director of Corporate Development and M&A with TELUS in Toronto and Montreal, and was a member of the HSBC Securities (Canada) investment banking team in Toronto. Mr. Anzarut holds a Master of Business Administration degree from The Schulich School of Business at York University and a Bachelor of Science degree from McGill University.

Bill Baines
Director, Tbaytel Municipal Service Board
William Baines is President and CEO, of AML Wireless Networks Inc., an established engineering and manufacturing company. He is also the Executive Chairman and President of OMT Inc., a digital media content and technology provider. In his previous capacities as President and Chief Operating Officer of MTS Communications Inc., President and CEO of Status Management Inc., AML Wireless Networks Inc., and Norigen Communications Inc., he has led emerging organizations at the executive level. He has also held senior appointments at Unitel Communications and Bell Canada. Mr. Baines obtained a Professional Engineering degree from the University of Waterloo in 1980 and a Masters of Business Administration degree from the University of Toronto in 1989. Mr. Baines is a past and current member of other boards in the private and not-for-profit sectors.

Jack Jamieson
Director, Tbaytel Municipal Service Board
Jack Jamieson is a lifelong resident of Thunder Bay. He has practiced law with the Thunder Bay firm of CARREL + Partners LLP since his call to the Ontario bar in 1979. He has 30 years of experience primarily in the fields of corporate and commercial law. Mr. Jamieson has been Counsel to the Municipal Property Assessment Corporation and its predecessors since 1986. He also represents the Thunder Bay International Airports Authority Inc. He received an Honours Bachelor of Commerce degree from Lakehead University in 1974, and a Bachelor of Laws degree from University of Western Ontario in 1977.

Scott McFadden
Director, Tbaytel Municipal Service Board
Mr. McFadden has over 30 years experience in the aviation industry. He has served as the President and CEO of the Thunder Bay International Airport Authority since 1997, when he was appointed to run the newly privatized airport.
The airport’s innovative business model, which includes the creation of three subsidiary companies, has received industry recognition. Mr. McFadden is a pilot and licensed Aircraft Maintenance Engineer. He is Chair of the Canadian Airports and Ports Pension Committee, and has served on the board of the Thunder Bay Chamber of Commerce, Ambassadors Northwest, the Canadian Airports Council, and the Canadian Aviation Regulatory Advisory Committee. He received a Master of Business Administration degree from Queen’s University.

Christine McGinley
Director, Tbaytel Municipal Service Board
Ms. McGinley has nearly three decades of senior management and operational experience, more than half of which she developed over the past 15 years in Canada's broadcasting sector. That includes serving as Senior Vice President, Operations for Canwest Broadcasting, as well as Vice President, Finance, for the Alberta Stations of Western International Communications Television Ltd. Prior to that, Ms. McGinley held senior financial roles in the oil and gas, and utilities sectors. She is an Institute-certified Director with the Institute of Corporate Directors, a Chartered Accountant and holds a Bachelor of Commerce, from the University of Alberta. Ms. McGinley has also served on the boards of the Televison Bureau of Canada, the YWCA of Calgary, the Woman of Vision Advisory Board, and currently serves as an independent member of the Finance, Investment and Audit committee for Canada Health Infoway. Ms. McGinley is based in Calgary, married with 3 children who are all attending University.

Dr. Gary Polonsky
Director, Tbaytel Municipal Service Board
Gary Polonsky is originally from Thunder Bay, where he led the creation of the Thunder Bay Community Auditorium and the Dorion Trades Centre at Confederation College. He then embarked on a 25-year journey serving as President of two community colleges; Red River College and Durham College. Dr. Polonsky was the Founding President of the University of Ontario Institute of Technology until his retirement in 2006. Since then, he has established a consulting company, volunteers, and serves on several boards. He has a Bachelor of Science degree from Lakehead University, a Master of Arts degree from Gonzaga University, and a Doctorate degree from the University of Toronto.

Don Campbell
President and CEO, Tbaytel, Ex Officio Director, Non-Voting
As President and CEO of Tbaytel, Don Campbell is accountable for all aspects of the corporation. Mr. Campbell brings over 30 years of strategic and business leadership. Prior to joining Tbaytel, he was the Vice President and Resident Manager of AbitibiBowater Thunder Bay Operations. He holds a Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Waterloo. He is a member in good standing of the Professional Engineers Ontario, and a senior member of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers. Mr. Campbell is the Past Chair of the Board of Governors of Lakehead University, having served on the board for the past seven years.
