TBayTel’s first Municipal Services Board of Directors was appointed in November 2004. Through the establishment of a Board of Governors/Governance Model, TBayTel meets one of its seven key strategic imperatives for 2004 – 2006, to enhance our momentum into a full services telecommunications company. By establishing standards for corporate governance, TBayTel can improve its business reputation, increase shareholder value and strengthen our customer focus.
