What do I do if I forget my username or password?

TBayTel can provide you with your username and password. Since your password cannot be recovered, we’ll quickly change your password when you use one of two options

Option A

1. Call the TBayTel Internet Help Desk 24/7 at 684-FAST (3278) or 1-800-478-0879.
2. Provide your account number (located on the upper left corner of your phone bill) and username.

Option B

1. Call TBayTel Customer Service at 623-4400 or 1-800-264-9501.
2. Provide 2 pieces of acceptable identification and your account number.
