- Check the upper left corner of your phone bill for the account number
- Call Internet Help Desk 24/7 with your account number and username
- tech support will change your password.

Call Customer Service 8am - 4pm weekdays * With your social insurance / drivers license / account number, Customer Services can change your password. (must confirm this with customer service, the information they can go from may have changed)
