An early cancellation fee of thirty-five dollars ($35.00), per month remaining on the term of the service agreement to a maximum of three-hundred and eighty-five dollars ($385.00) per new free/subsidized cellular phone offer or six-hundred and thirty dollars ($630.00) per new free/subsidized data device applies. A non-refundable Annual System Access fee (per mobile number) of $75.00 (or $7.75 per month) apply to all packages. Reserve the right to charge $7/MB for usage over 50MB. Overage charges will apply.
