After hours, please call 1-807-623-2016 and leave a detailed message. Leave your name, mobile number, contact number, and a police report number. TBayTel Mobility will ensure that your phone is blocked from use in North America.

REPORTING WITHOUT A POLICE REPORT NUMBER

Your phone will be blocked for calls made from the TBayTel Mobility network only. You will be responsible for any and all charges made from any other cellular provider, as TBayTel Mobility cannot block a cellular phone across North America without a Police Report Number.

REPORTING WITH A POLICE REPORT NUMBER

Your phone will be blocked across North America and you will not be responsible for any calls made from or to your phone after receipt of the completed form.
