Voice Mail

Retrieving Messages from your cell phone:

While in the TBayTel Mobility service area:

1. Press *99 and press SEND.
2. When prompted, enter your 4-15 digit password.
3. The system will advise you if you have messages.
4. Follow the prompts to retrieve your messages.

Note: Applicable airtime charges apply.

From any touch-tone phone with Voice Mail:

1. Dial *99 or 626-9999 and press the * key to acknowledge that you have a mailbox on the system.
2. Dial your phone number, enter your password and follow the prompts.

From any touch-tone phone without Voice Mail:

1. Dial *99 or 626-9999 and press the # key to acknowledge that you have a mailbox on the system.
2. Dial your phone number, enter your password and follow the prompts.

From your TBayTel Mobility phone while roaming in Canada/US:

1. Dial 1 + 807 + 626-9999, press SEND.
2. When you hear the system greeting, press "#" and you will be prompted for your mailbox number (your 7-digit cellular number).
3. When prompted, enter your password.
4. Follow the prompts to retrieve your messages.
