Connection and Service ChargesSERVICE CONNECTION CHARGEFor the processing of each customer request for the installation of a primary exchange service at a premises or for restoration of a line suspended for violation of regulations. It includes administration, work in TBayTel’s wire-centre and, if required, a premises visit. FIRST WORK ACTIVITY CHARGE - RESIDENTIAL SERVICE ONLYApplies to the initial work in processing a customer request for work. The customer must have primary exchange service connected. ADDITIONAL WORK ACTIVITY CHARGE - RESIDENTIAL SERVICE ONLYApplies to a customer’s request for each additional work function done at the same time as the First Work Activity Charge. ADMINISTRATION - RESIDENTIAL CHARGEApplies to administration of each customer request, other than providing primary exchange service, completed at the same time on the same premises. One charge applies for each customer request. ADMINISTRATION - BUSINESS CHARGEApplies to administration of each customer request, other than providing primary exchange service. One charge applies for each line worked on. Note: Service charges may apply for the installation of some equipment. These charges are available when placing a service order. All rates and service charges are subject to change.
NO CHARGE TO DISCONNECTThe minimum connection period is one month. Call Customer Service to disconnect your service free of charge.
