Maintenance of Tbaytel systems and networks is necessary to ensure Tbaytel delivers quality service to you, our valued customers. We apologize for the inconvenience as we continue to make significant improvements to our network to ensure we are meeting your expectations. Troubleshooting Tip: If you are experiencing a loss of service outside of a maintenance window; power off the affected Tbaytel equipment, then power it back on after 30 seconds. For step-by-step instructions, visit the Support section and select the affected product.

Issues with Landline to Mobility Calling- April 15

UPDATE: Services have now been restored.
 
Please be advised we are experiencing an issue with calls not processing to a mobility number when being dialed from a landline. Technicians are aware and are working to resolve this issue. There is currently no estimated restoration time. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

 

 

Maintenance Alert - Mobility - Fort Frances - April 1-10

In order to prepare for Tbaytel 5G, this spring Mobility customers in the Fort Frances area will experience degradation to their Tbaytel LTE service from time to time. Work is anticipated to take place between April 1 - April 10. Customers experiencing no service outside the indicated area or outside the maintenance window are asked to power off their Tbaytel equipment for 30 seconds before powering back on again.

 

Maintenance Alert - Mobility - Nipigon - April 1-10

In order to prepare for Tbaytel 5G, this spring Mobility customers in the Nipigon area will experience degradation to their Tbaytel LTE service from time to time. Work is anticipated to take place between April 1 - April 10. Customers experiencing no service outside the indicated area or outside the maintenance window are asked to power off their Tbaytel equipment for 30 seconds before powering back on again.

Maintenance Alert - TV - Legacy TV - April 10

Please be advised, Tbaytel will be performing maintenance to its TV services with work taking place on April 10th between the hours of 2:00am to 4:00am.  During the maintenance Legacy TV customers may experience a loss of signal with the outage to last no longer than 5 minutes. Customers experiencing no service outside the maintenance window are asked to power off their Tbaytel equipment for 30 seconds before powering it back on again.
