Maintenance of Tbaytel systems and networks is necessary to ensure Tbaytel delivers quality service to you, our valued customers. Troubleshooting Tip: If you are experiencing a loss of service outside of a maintenance window; power off the affected Tbaytel equipment, then power it back on after 30 seconds. For step-by-step instructions, visit the Support section and select the affected product.

Service Degradation - Mobility - June 25

Please be advised, some Tbaytel mobility customers are currently experiencing issues connecting to the mobility network where the device will state No Service or Emergency Calls Only. We are aware of the issue and our technicians are working to resolve the issue as soon as possible.

 

Maintenance Alert - Mobility - Schreiber - June 26

Please be advised, Tbaytel will be performing maintenance to its Mobility services on June 26 between the hours of 4:30pm to 8:30pm.  During this maintenance some customers in Schreiber may experience a loss of their Mobility services with the outage lasting up to 5 minutes. Customers experiencing no service outside the maintenance window are asked to power off their mobile phone for 30 seconds before powering it back on again.
