Maintenance of Tbaytel systems and networks is necessary to ensure Tbaytel delivers quality service to you, our valued customers. We apologize for the inconvenience as we continue to make significant improvements to our network to ensure we are meeting your expectations. Troubleshooting Tip: If you are experiencing a loss of service outside of a maintenance window; power off the affected Tbaytel equipment, then power it back on after 30 seconds. For step-by-step instructions, visit the Support section and select the affected product.

Scam Alert - July 8

Please be advised that we've been made aware of a phone scam primarily targeting the Dryden area, with potential reach to Fort Frances and other surrounding areas. Scammers are falsely claiming to be part of a Tbaytel Loyalty Program and are asking for account PINs and email addresses. If you receive such a call, please do not provide any personal details. If you're ever unsure if a call is legitimate, please ask for additional verification or information.

Maintenance Alert - Fixed Wireless Internet Decommission - July 23

Please be advised, Tbaytel will be preforming maintenance to its Fixed Wireless Internet services on July 23 with work taking place between 8:30am to 6:00pm.  During this maintenance any canopy customers in Marathon, Terrace Bay, Deception Bay, or Longlac, will experience a loss of service as canopy is decommissioned.

Maintenance Alert - Connected Home - Nolalu & Whitefish - July 23

Please be advised, Tbaytel will be preforming maintenance to its Connected Home services on July 23 with work taking place between 2:00am to 6:00am.  During this maintenance, Connected Home customers in Nolalu and Whitefish will experience a loss of service lasting up to 30 minutes. Customers experiencing no service outside the maintenance window are asked to power off their Tbaytel equipment for 30 seconds before powering it back on again.
