If you are a Tbaytel Internet subscriber, we'd like to remind you that Tbaytel does not have data caps on any of our fixed internet plans. So, if you're spending more time at home and on the web than usual, don't worry, we have you covered during this challenging time.
Tbaytel Public Wifi Hotspots are free to use for everyone and will continue to be available throughout the community.
Tbaytel TV subscribers also have access to a variety of local COVID-19 updates, along with informational videos, available to watch OnDemand. Included are updates from the Thunder Bay District Health Unit and the City of Thunder Bay. To access the videos go to channel 99, or press On Demand on your remote and go to Local Content, and look for COVID-19 and COVID-19 Tips.
