Individuals with a code and a key to the property who are authorized to call the Monitoring Station to place a security system on test or cancel an alarm. Keyholders are not contacted by the monitoring station to respond to alarms. Typically keyholders are contractors, maintenance people etc.
Individuals with alarm codes for arming and disarming only. Actively electronically logged to account history. Typically, users can be children, employees, babysitters, cleaners etc.
