Maintenance of Tbaytel systems and networks is necessary to ensure Tbaytel delivers quality service to you, our valued customers. We apologize for the inconvenience as we continue to make significant improvements to our Network to ensure we are meeting your expectations. We thank you for your patience and understanding, and continued support.

If you are experiencing a loss of service outside of a maintenance window, please power off your affected Tbaytel equipment for 30 seconds before powering back on again. If the service is not restored, please contact Tbaytel Technical Support.


Maintenance Alert - Business Voice - Sept 13-Oct 26

Please be advised Tbaytel will be performing maintenance to its Business Voice services starting on September 13th with work lasting through October 26th.  During this maintenance some Business customers may experience a loss of Voice service with the inability to place or receive landline voice calls with the outage lasting no longer than 10 minutes. All maintenance will occur outside regular working hours.

Maintenance Alert - Mobility - Northwood

Due to tower upgrades, customers will experience degraded performance until September 14th in the Northwood & Confederation College area on the mobility network affecting voice, data and SMS services.  This work is necessary as we prepare to launch the next evolution of wireless technology in Thunder Bay.


 

Scam Alert - Phishing Messages - Dec 2

Please be advised that Tbaytel has been made aware of a phishing scam where customers are asked to upgrade their email or their email will be deactivated. As always, we advise all customers to ignore emails and text messages which the sender is not known, and avoid clicking any links.
