Maintenance of Tbaytel systems and networks is necessary to ensure Tbaytel delivers quality service to you, our valued customers. We apologize for the inconvenience as we continue to make significant improvements to our Network to ensure we are meeting your expectations. We thank you for your patience and understanding, and continued support.

If you are experiencing a loss of service outside of a maintenance window, please power off your affected Tbaytel equipment for 30 seconds before powering back on again. If the service is not restored, please contact Tbaytel Technical Support.

Maintenance Alert - Hydro One Maintenance - September 24

Please be advised, due to scheduled Hydro One power outages in the areas listed below, Tbaytel Connected Home and Connected Business customers may experience some loss of service to their phone, Internet and TV. Similar to our wired services, the Tbaytel Mobility network also relies on commercial power to operate. Every effort to maintain mobility service using battery and generator backup will be made, however, some customers may experience a degradation or loss of service. The impacted areas are:

  • Kenora
  • Sioux Narrows
  • Crow Lake
  • Burditt

Maintenance Alert - Hydro One Maintenance - September 26-28

Tbaytel will be performing Connected Home maintenance in the areas of Current River and Amethyst Harbour between 2 a.m. and 6 a.m. from September 26 to September 28. During this time, some customers in the area may experience an outage for up to one hour.
