Maintenance of Tbaytel systems and networks is necessary to ensure Tbaytel delivers quality service to you, our valued customers. We apologize for the inconvenience as we continue to make significant improvements to our Network to ensure we are meeting your expectations. We thank you for your patience and understanding, and continued support.

If you are experiencing a loss of service outside of a maintenance window, please power off your affected Tbaytel equipment for 30 seconds before powering back on again. If the service is not restored, please contact Tbaytel Technical Support.


Maintenance Alert - Prepaid Mobility - Network Wide - May 17

Please be advised, Tbaytel will be performing maintenance to its Prepaid Mobility services on May 17th between the hours of 12:00AM to 4:00AM. During this maintenance period, Prepaid mobility customers may experience an inability to use data and texting services. Customers experiencing no service outside of the maintenance window are asked to power off their mobile device for 30 seconds before powering it back on.


 

Maintenance Alert - Mobility - Nakina- May 12

Please be advised, Tbaytel will be performing maintenance to its mobility and wireless internet services in the Nakina area on May 12th between the hours of 7:15AM to 9:00AM. During this maintenance period, mobility and wireless internet customers in the Nakina area will experience an outage for approximately 20 minutes. Customers experiencing no service outside of the maintenance window are asked to power off their mobile device for 30 seconds before powering it back on.

Please be advised that Tbaytel has been made aware of a scam SMS that has been going out to customers. As always, we advise all customers to ignore text messages which the sender is not known, and avoid clicking any links sent via SMS.

During this maintenance period, Prepaid mobility customers may experience an inability to use voice services for no longer than 15 minutes. Customers experiencing no service outside of the maintenance window are asked to power off their mobile device for 30 seconds before powering it back on.

 

Maintenance Alert - Mobility - HWY 17 - May 4-6

Please be advised, Tbaytel will be performing maintenance to its Mobility services on Highway 17, south of White River, from May 4th to 6th. During this maintenance period, mobility customers may experience a loss in service, including voice, SMS and data. Customers experiencing no service outside of the maintenance window are asked to power off their mobile device for 30 seconds before powering it back on.

 

Maintenance Alert - Mobility - Batchawana Bay - May 4 & 5

Please be advised, Tbaytel will be performing maintenance to its Mobility services on May 4th & 5th between the hours of 9:00AM to 4:00PM. During this maintenance period, mobility customers may experience a loss in service, including voice, SMS and data, lasting up to 6 hours. Customers experiencing no service outside of the maintenance window are asked to power off their mobile device for 30 seconds before powering it back on.
