Maintenance of Tbaytel systems and networks is necessary to ensure Tbaytel delivers quality service to you, our valued customers. We apologize for the inconvenience as we continue to make significant improvements to our Network to ensure we are meeting your expectations. We thank you for your patience and understanding, and continued support.

If you are experiencing a loss of service outside of a maintenance window, please power off your affected Tbaytel equipment for 30 seconds before powering back on again. If the service is not restored, please contact Tbaytel Technical Support.


Maintenance Alert - myTbaytel - September 21

Please be advised, Tbaytel will be performing scheduled maintenance to its myTbaytel platform on September 21 between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.  During this maintenance, some customers may be unable to access their myTbaytel account, including the inability to view bill statements, make account payments, check data usage or add additional data to their Mobility Plans. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

 

Maintenance Alert - Connected Home - September 20-22

Please be advised, Tbaytel will be performing scheduled maintenance to its Connected Home services from September 20 to September 22 between the hours of 2:00 a.m. to 6:00 a.m. on each day. During this maintenance period Connected Home subscribers will experience a loss of service lasting up to 15 minutes. Customers experiencing connection issues outside the maintenance window are asked to power off their Tbaytel equipment for 30 seconds before turning it back on again. A small number of customers may need to restart their router by powering it off and on, and waiting five minutes after the maintenance period.

 

Maintenance Alert - Mobility - HWY 11 - September 21

Please be advised, Tbaytel will be performing scheduled maintenance to its Mobility services on September 21st between the hours of 1:00 a.m. to 3:00 a.m.  During this maintenance, customers in the area along Highway 11 between Sistonens Corner and Kashabowie may experience a loss of service, including calls, SMS and data, lasting up to 30 minutes. Customers experiencing no service outside the maintenance window are asked to power off their mobile device for 30 seconds before powering it back on.

 

Scam Alert - Mobility - May 7

Please be advised that Tbaytel has been made aware of a scam SMS that has been going out to customers. As always, we advise all customers to ignore text messages which the sender is not known, and avoid clicking any links sent via SMS.
