Troubleshooting Tip: If you are experiencing a loss of service outside of a maintenance window; power off the affected Tbaytel equipment, then power it back on after 30 seconds. For step-by-step instructions, visit the Support section and select the affected product.

Scam Alert - July 8

Please be advised that we've been made aware of a phone scam primarily targeting the Dryden area, with potential reach to Fort Frances and other surrounding areas. Scammers are falsely claiming to be part of a Tbaytel Loyalty Program and are asking for account PINs and email addresses. If you receive such a call, please do not provide any personal details. If you're ever unsure if a call is legitimate, please ask for additional verification or information.

Maintenance Alert - Mobility - Thunder Bay North & Shuniah - Sept 2

Please be advised, Tbaytel will be performing maintenance to its Mobility network with work expected to take place on September 2 between the hours of 1:00am to 4:00am.  During this maintenance some Tbaytel Mobility customers on the north side of Thunder Bay along with some customers in Shuniah may experience a degradation of their mobility services lasting up to 10 minutes. Customers experiencing connection issues outside the maintenance window are asked to power off their mobile device for 30 seconds before powering it back on again.
