Maintenance of Tbaytel systems and networks is necessary to ensure Tbaytel delivers quality service to you, our valued customers. We apologize for the inconvenience as we continue to make significant improvements to our Network to ensure we are meeting your expectations. We thank you for your patience and understanding, and continued support.

If you are experiencing a loss of service outside of a maintenance window, please power off your affected Tbaytel equipment for 30 seconds before powering back on again. If the service is not restored, please contact Tbaytel Technical Support.

Maintenance Alert - Mobility - Northwood

Please be advised Tbaytel will be performing upgrades to towers in the Northwood area of Thunder Bay. This work is necessary as we prepare to launch the next evolution of wireless technology in Thunder Bay. Some customers in the area may experience a degradation of service during this maintenance.

Maintenance Alert - Connected Home - Thunder Bay North - Feb 3

Please be advised Tbaytel will be performing maintenance to its Home Phone services on February 3rd between the hours of 2:00a.m. to 6:00a.m.  During this maintenance some customers may experience a loss of Home Phone service lasting no longer than 5 minutes. Customers experiencing no service outside the maintenance window are asked to power off their Tbaytel equipment for 30 seconds before powering it back on again.


Scam Alert - Phishing Messages - Dec 2

Please be advised that Tbaytel has been made aware of a phishing scam where customers are asked to upgrade their email or their email will be deactivated. As always, we advise all customers to ignore emails and text messages which the sender is not known, and avoid clicking any links.
