Service Installation – Call Before You Dig

Whether you are building a garage, installing fence posts, or planting a tree, it is your responsibility to call before you dig.

Free utility locate requests can be submitted 24 hours a day and 7 days a week to Ontario One Call either online at www.ontarioonecall.ca or by calling 1-800-400-2255.

Service Installation – Landlord Permission

When Tbaytel needs to install equipment at the premise, the installation may require drilling a hole(s) and running cable. In the event you do not own the property where you have requested to have service installed, Tbaytel advises that you obtain consent from the property owner or landlord prior to the work being initiated.
