Alert Ready is a system designed to deliver critical and potentially life-saving alerts to Canadians. In addition to broadcast alerts through TV and radio, you will also receive alerts on your compatible wireless device.

Tbaytel engages the services of Qualtrics, a market research company, to conduct surveys on behalf of Tbaytel. Your responses to these surveys provide us with valuable insights to help us improve our offerings to our customers.
Invitations to participate in our surveys are sent from the email address "[email protected]" or "[email protected]". Please be assured that surey invitations from this address are legitimate.
You may also be contacted by phone to participate in a Tbaytel survey. These calls will be identified as "Tbaytel" on Caller ID and will have a local 807 number.

The Alert Ready system was developed in partnership with federal, provincial, and territorial emergency management officials, Pelmorex Corp., the broadcast industry and wireless service providers to ensure you receive emergency alerts immediately and know when to take action to keep you and your family safe.
