Before we get started, please read the following:

  • Please read the Eligibility Requirements before you make your project submission form.
  • Please ensure that the project submission form is fully filled out with the following sections:
    • Project Description and Beneficiaries
    • Budget Breakdown and Feasibility
  • Please have a recorded video that falls within the following criteria:
    • The video must be less than 60 seconds in length
    • The video must be filmed horizontally
    • The video file can be submitted in one of the following formats: .mp4, .mov, .wmv, .avi
  • Once all other steps are complete, please fill out the form below and submit both the project submission form and your video using our WeTransfer link. If you experience difficulty with your submission, please read our Instructions for WeTransfer submission document.

  • To complete your funding application, please ensure that the project submission form is fully filled out with the following sections: Project Description and Beneficiaries, Budget Breakdown and Feasibility. Save this document as a Word file (.docx) and upload it to our designated WeTransfer folder. 

    Additionally, please record a video of no more than 60 seconds, filmed horizontally. In this video, clearly explain your project idea, how it addresses the identified community need, and its potential impact. Demonstrate how you plan to bring the project to life. 

    Both the Word document and the video must be uploaded for your project to be considered for funding.
