Telecommunication services can be expensive, so Tbaytel offers a number of different ways to make our products and services more affordable to those who require some assistance.
Tbaytel is a participating internet provider in the Connecting Families Initiative with the Government of Canada, bringing affordable internet access to to our community. Eligible people will receive a letter from the Government of Canada which includes an access code. The only way to sign up for this initiative is by receiving a letter from the Government of Canada with an access code.

At Tbaytel, we want to do our part in assisting all newcomers settle comfortably in Thunder Bay by providing Tbaytel services as easily as possible. All requests for support must be initiated by the newcomers' sponsors and must filter through Tbaytel's Contact Centre at 623-4400.
A person with a disability that limits their device use or increases their reliance disproportionately on voice, data, or text may be eligible for a 50% discount off their monthly wireless plan and additional billable wireless features and services.
