Call directly from your phone and pay only for the minutes you are connected (minimum charge of 1 minute applies).

  • Inside and outside your area code, Bermuda and the Caribbean: Dial 1 + area code + number
  • TTY/Teletypewriter: Dial 711
  • Relay Service for People with Speech/Hearing Impairment: Dial 1-800-855-0511

Operator assisted calls

Call from your phone, but with assistance from the operator for ease (additional fees plus long distance rates apply)

  • For operator assistance: Dial 00 or 0 + area code +number and follow the prompts

Collect and Third Party billing calls

Call from your phone, but request a collect call or bill to a third party (call is billed to the receiver).

  • For operator assistance: Dial 00 or 0 + area code + number and follow the prompts

Call from your phone to someone in an international destination (long distance fees apply)

  • For customer dialed calls: Dial 011 + country code + city code + number
  • For person-to-person, calling cards, collect and third party billing calls: Dial 01 + country code + city code + number
