Bring your unwanted phone to the Tbaytel Store and our staff will assess the phone and run diagnostics to determine the condition and value. Tbaytel will "buy back" the phone from you in the form of an in-store credit or credit on your Tbaytel Mobility account.
Tbaytel accepts a wide variety of eligible Apple and Samsung devices for our Buy Back program, simply visit the Tbaytel store to see if your device qualifies for Tbaytel's Buy Back program. Devices with extensive damage may not be accepted. The list of devices that qualify for the Tbaytel Buy Back program is subject to change at any time.
