There are two ways to access your Tbaytel email:
Webmail is the quickest and easiest way to access your Tbaytel Email, all you need is the following:
2. IMAP or POP3 in a dedicated Email App or Program
IMAP is newer and designed to synchronize messages and folders on the device with Webmail and all other IMAP devices.
POP3 is older and just downloads messages from the Inbox folder on the server. It does not synchronize with the server or other devices. If set up incorrectly POP3 can even cause messages to disappear on Webmail and other IMAP devices. (See the Advanced Properties screenshots at the end of this page for more info)
IMAP is best used when multiple devices or people share an Email address so they are all synchronized.
POP3 works best with one device, but as long as the Advanced Properties are correct it can work fine with other POP3 and IMAP devices, including Webmail.
POP3 is also great for backing up Email to a computer long after it's removed from the server and other IMAP devices, but IMAP can do the same using Offline Folders or Data Files.
Set Up Email Using IMAP (newer and recommended)
1. Open Windows Live Mail 2012.
If this is your first time opening Windows Live Mail you may be prompted to set up an account automatically and can skip to the next section.
If not prompted to set up an account, click the 'Accounts' tab at the top-left.
In the Accounts tab, above the New Account section, click 'Email'.
Enter your Email Address, current Email Password, and your name as you'd like it to appear to those you send messages to.
Make sure you place a check beside "Manually configure server settings" and then click "Next"
Enter the server information as shown below and in the screenshot

Changing IMAP Settings
To view or make changes to your IMAP account settings, right-click "Tbaytel (your emailusername)" on the left.
