If you are having issues accessing content on watchtveverywhere.ca, please confirm the following:
Ensure you are using your watchtveverywhere.ca account to log in
If you have forgotten your watchtveverywhere.ca account’s password, you can reset it by clicking the “Forgot your password” link on the login page
If a provider does not show up on watchtveverywhere.ca, or if you are unable to login through the provider's website with your watchtveverywhere.ca account, ensure you are subscribed the programming.

Wifi vs. Mobile Data
Since streaming video applications like the apps available through watchtveverywhere.ca can use a lot of data, we recommend only using these applications while you are connected to a WiFi network. Applications may allow you to enable or disable mobile data streaming.
Parental Controls
Some applications allow you to enable Parental Controls to block content for certain users on your account. Please refer to the individual app or website for specific details.

Shows that are available with Restart TV will be marked with a Restart TV icon. Restart TV availability is based on content rights from the channel provider. Restart TV is available on many Tbaytel channels, and the list of channels is continually growing.
*Fast-forward functionality is not available when in Restart TV mode.
