The National Do Not Call List (DNCL) allows Canadians to reduce the number of telemarketing calls they receive. For the purposes of the facts sheets on the National Do Not Call List, information is provided for regular telemarketers and exempt telemarketers. All telemarketers must follow the Unsolicited Telecommunications Rules, regardless of whether the call or fax is considered regular or exempt.
Telemarketers may register on and obtain subscriptions to the National DNCL on the National DNCL website.
