Below are some helpful tip on things to try if you are having technical difficulties with your TV service.
Check the remote control batteries. Your Tbaytel TV Maxi remote has a Low Battery indicator at the bottom of the remote. If the indicator is on, try changing your batteries.
Sometime the issue could be that the TV is set to the wrong input. For instructions for how to change input see; My TV has no signal.
If any normal functionality is still not working properly, you may need to Restart or Reset your set top box. For how-to instructions see; How to restart your set-top box.

Shows that are available with Restart TV will be marked with a Restart TV icon. Restart TV availability is based on content rights from the channel provider. Restart TV is available on many Tbaytel channels, and the list of channels is continually growing.
*Fast-forward functionality is not available when in Restart TV mode.
