1. Service Availability
Services are subject to availability where access and technology permit.
2. Fibre over WiFi
Currently, Tbaytel Fibre Internet delivers WiFi speeds that are faster than some of today’s most advanced smartphones, tablets and laptops are capable of reaching. Although advertised download and upload speeds are possible with a hardwired connection under optimal conditions, maximum WiFi speeds can be limited by your device (smartphone, laptop, tablet, etc.).

While today’s devices may not be able to reach Gigabit speeds over WiFi, Fibre Gigabit is ideal for delivering lightning fast speeds across many wireless devices simultaneously within your household without affecting the performance of each device – perfect for a busy household with many connected devices.
3. Internet Hardware
Internet gateway/modems are considered free rentals and must be returned to Tbaytel if service is cancelled, otherwise hardware replacement fees will apply. ONT 's (Optical Network Terminal) are also Tbaytel property, but should be left installed on the premise after cancellation or move. Hardware provided by Tbaytel, either rented or purchased, may be new or refurbished.
4. Promotional Pricing and Eligibility - Thunder Bay
Limited time offer. Offer, prices and services subject to change anytime. Promotional pricing for Tbaytel services applies to new residential customers who have not subscribed to applicable services in the past 12 months, based on account and/or physical address. Services are subject to availability where access and technology permit. Internet promotional pricing applies to Fibre 50 Mbps Internet package or higher and DSL applies to 25 Mbps Internet package or higher, if Fibre services are not available. Promotional pricing for Internet service reflects prices after bundle discounts are applied. To receive discounted pricing for 24 months, a 24-month term is required for the applicable service(s). Early cancellation of a 24-month term is subject to an early cancellation fee of $10 per month per month service remaining in the term. If a 24-month term is not agreed upon, discounted pricing will be available for twelve (12) months.
