How can I report a Spam email?

Report spam emails to Tbaytel

Occasionally Spam will get through our email filters. Emails that slip through can be reported to Tbaytel as Spam or suspected Spam and our technicians will submit it to include it in the email filtering calculations.

 

Webmail

  1. Select the message you want to send to us and click the Save button.
  2. The EML file should save to your Downloads folder
  3. Create a new message
  4. Attach the file from your computer
  5. Send to test@tbaytel.net

Email client

  1. Highlight the message in your email client.
  2. Right-click on the message and select “Save As…”
  3. Choose Mail/Mail Files (*.eml).
  4. Click Save.
  5. Create a new message
  6. Attach the file from your computer
  7. Send to test@tbaytel.net

 

Apple Mac

  1. Select a message and choose "Save As" from the "File" menu.
  2. Select the "Raw message source" format to save the message as an EML file.
  3. You may also drag any message out of the Mail window, then drop and save it directly to your Desktop.
  4. Create a new message
  5. Attach the file from your computer
  6. Send to test@tbaytel.net
