Parental controls are a great way to limit access to certain types of programming on Tbaytel TV. Parental Controls need to be set up on a per set-top box or device basis, meaning you will need to enable Parental Controls on each device you require.
To enable Parental Controls, follow the steps below:
Once you have set a rating you will see a new icon appear between the settings & notification icons that indicates parental controls are on. From this point on attempting to view a show that is above the block limit it will prompt for the Parental Control PIN.
Technical Support Tip: Blocked content will appear as “Blocked” in the Guide. To watch blocked content, you’ll need to enter your 4-digit PIN

Shows that are available with Restart TV will be marked with a Restart TV icon. Restart TV availability is based on content rights from the channel provider. Restart TV is available on many Tbaytel channels, and the list of channels is continually growing.
*Fast-forward functionality is not available when in Restart TV mode.
