As the primary account holder on your Tbaytel account, you will need to ensure you provide a piece of identification listed under Tbaytel's Valid Forms of Identification Policy to complete your e-commerce purchase. An Authorized User on a Tbaytel mobility account cannot make purchases using e-commerce.
