If you prefer, you have the option to add a second piece of identification for added security (optional).

Forms of acceptable identification for piece #1:

• Ontario Driver’s License or Ontario Enhanced Driver’s License
• Driver’s License issued by another province or state
• Ontario Identification card or enhanced Identification card
• Identification card or Enhanced Identification Card issued by another province
• Canadian Permanent Resident card with signature
• Canadian Citizenship Card with photo (Note: Canadian Citizenship Certificate without a photo is not acceptable)
• Canadian passport
• Passport issued by another country
• Certificate of Indian Status Card
• Canadian Department of National Defense (DND) Identity Card with photo

Forms of acceptable identification for piece #2 (optional):

• Any from the primary list
• Canadian Birth Certificate
• Enhanced Driver's License issued by another province or state
• Canadian Permanent Resident Card without signature (issued on or after February 4, 2012)
• Nexus card or FAST/EXPRESS card
• Canadian Firearms License
• Canadian Department of National Defense (DND) Identity Card
