A false dispatch is the dispatch of the relevant authorities as a result of a false alarm to your site. For customers living in the City of Thunder Bay, the Thunder Bay Police Department charges a fee for a false dispatch based on the number of occurrences per year. If you experience a false dispatch, the fee will appear on your next Tbaytel Security invoice.
