T9-1-1 is available in select regions of the country, including select Tbaytel coverage areas in Thunder Bay.

Customers with speech or hearing impairment, who use a TTY or other telecommunication device for the deaf (TDD), can dial 711 or 1- 800-267-6511 for operator assistance to complete the following types of calls:
Voice users can dial 1-800-855-0511.
To place calls from a TTY to TTY dial 1-800-855-1155.
Tbaytel Long Distance customers who require a TTY should register with Tbaytel to receive a 50% discount on certain long distance calls placed from their residential telephone number.

IP Relay users connect to specially trained operators through chat sessions in the IP Relay portal. The operators place phone calls on their behalf and facilitate conversations. Operators are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

If you are unsatisfied with your wireless service, you may cancel it without incurring any termination fees or other penalties up to 15 days from the contract start date if you have not used more than half of the usage specified in your monthly plan limits. If you are a person with a disability, you are entitled to an extended trial period and may cancel up to 30 days from the contract start date.
Complete packaging, boxes, manuals, chargers, etc. must also be returned. All items must be in "like new" condition and returned to the location they were purchased from. You will be responsible for any additional usage charges that you may have incurred.
Alert Ready is a system designed to deliver critical and potentially life-saving broadcast alerts to Canadians through TV, radio and compatible wireless devices.
The Alert Ready system was developed in partnership with federal, provincial, and territorial emergency management officials, Pelmorex Corp., the broadcast industry and wireless service providers to ensure you receive emergency alerts immediately and know when to take action to keep you and your family safe.

Receive your bills electronically by subscribing to our environmentally friendly paperless billing. Once you sign up for paperless billing you will receive one final paper bill. From that point onward you will receive your bill(s) electronically and a notification will be sent to your requested email address when new bills are available to be viewed.
