How do I retrieve my messages from Voicemail?

To Access Your Voicemail

In Thunder Bay, Fort Frances, Dryden and Kenora, dial *99 to access your voicemail-box, from either your mobile phone or your landline.  From your mobile phone, simply hold down the "1" key while anywhere on the Tbaytel wireless network.

 
Alternatively, the following voicemail access numbers are available for customers located in the service areas noted below.

Fort Frances 277-9999 807-277-1000 or 277-1000
Dryden 215-9999 807-215-1000 or 215-1000
Kenora 470-9999 807-470-1000 or 470-1000
When outside of Thunder Bay, Fort Frances, Dryden and Kenora or outside of the Tbaytel wireless network, dial 1-888-847-0936 Toll Free from either your cellular phone or a landline anywhere in North America.*
 

Retrieve Messages

From your Mobile Phone

  1. Press and hold the "1" key from your mobile phone
  2. When prompted, enter your password and press “#”
  3. The system will tell you how many new messages are waiting
  4. Follow the prompts to listen to your messages

From a Phone With Tbaytel Voicemail

  1. Dial *99 or  807-626-9999 (Thunder Bay), 807-277-9999 (Fort Frances), 807-215-9999 (Dryden), or 807-470-9999 (Kenora)
  2. When prompted, enter your voicemail-box password and press “#”

From Another Phone with Voicemail

  1. Dial 807-626-1000 (Thunder Bay), 807-277-1000 (Fort Frances), 807-215-1000 (Dryden), or 807-470-1000 (Kenora)
  2. When prompted enter the 10 digit mailbox number and press “#”
  3. Your mailbox greeting will play
  4. Press “*” to access your mailbox
  5. When prompted enter your password and press “#”
