To Access Your Voicemail
In Thunder Bay, Fort Frances, Dryden, Kenora, Marathon, and Terrace Bay, dial *99 to access your voicemail-box, from either your mobile phone or your landline. From your mobile phone, simply hold down the "1" key while anywhere on the Tbaytel wireless network.

Retrieve Messages
From your Mobile Phone
- Press and hold the "1" key from your mobile phone
- When prompted, enter your password
- The system will tell you how many new messages are waiting
- Follow the prompts to listen to your messages
From a Phone With Tbaytel Voicemail
- Dial *99 or 807-626-9999 (Thunder Bay), 807-277-9999 (Fort Frances), 807-215-9999 (Dryden), 807-470-9999 (Kenora), 807-232-9999 (Marathon), or 807-820-9999 (Terrace Bay)
- When prompted, enter your voicemail-box password
From Another Phone with Voicemail
- Dial 807-626-1000 (Thunder Bay), 807-277-1000 (Fort Frances), 807-215-1000 (Dryden), 807-470-1000 (Kenora), 807-232-1000 (Marathon), or 807-820-1000 (Terrace Bay)
- When prompted enter the 10 digit mailbox number
- Your mailbox greeting will play
- Press “*” to access your mailbox
- When prompted enter your password
