The roam indicator is showing on your phone while you are in your home service area.

The roaming signal location and icon can vary between phone models. Please check with your device manufacture if you are unsure what this icon looks like.

Possible Reasons:

If you are located in an area where U.S. cellular service extends across the border, it is possible your device may pick up a U.S. signal. To prevent this, you can set your phone to manually choose Tbaytel's network.

Note: If the "ROAM" indicator is showing on your phone and you place a call, you will be responsible for any roaming charges that may be billed to you.
