How do I set up voicemail on my mobile phone?

Step-by-step instructions for setting up your voicemail

 

Enter your temporary password (your 10-digit telephone number) and press “#”

You will now be asked to enter your new password and record your name 

  • Passwords must be between 4 - 19 digits in length
  • To finish entering your password, press “#”

The system will speak back your new password

  • Press “#” if correct, press “1” to modify

You will be asked to record a name to identify your mailbox

  • Speak your First and Last name and press the “#” key
  • Your name as recorded will be played back to you
  • If you are satisfied with your recording press the “#” key
  • If you would like to re-record your name, press “2”

You will be asked to record a Greeting.

  • Include your name and asked callers to leave a detailed message
  • Begin recording your greeting at the tone, when you are finished press the “#” key
  • If you are satisfied with your recording press the “#” key
  • If you would like to re-record your greeting, press “2”
  • If you would like to listen to your greeting, press “1”

Your new mailbox has been successfully set up! You will be able to access all future voicemail messages through this mailbox.
