PIN Validation is a security measure added to residential Tbaytel accounts to protect your account and validate access to make changes to your account. To set up PIN Validation, the primary account holder must contact Tbaytel Customer Care. Once set up, you can use your PIN anytime you call Tbaytel and conveniently self-authenticate prior to speaking to a Tbaytel representative. Please note that PIN Validation does not replace the existing Authorized User on the account, it is an additional security measure. When visiting a Tbaytel Store or Tbaytel Authorized Dealer, you will still require valid I.D.
