Other carriers in the 807 area code will be implementing 10-digit dialing for both mobility and landline networks beginning April 1. Tbaytel is in the process of upgrading its existing landline and voice network. As such, 10-digit dialing cannot be implemented for Home Phone and Business Voice Customers until that work has been completed. This work and augmented timeline will not impact Tbaytel’s ability to implement access to 9-8-8 on November 30, 2023.
