People with a disability are entitled to an extended trial period for wireless services.

Trial Periods

If you are unsatisfied with your wireless service, you may cancel it without incurring any termination fees or other penalty up to 15 days from the contract start date if you have not used more than half of the usage specified in your monthly plan limits. Complete packaging, boxes, manuals, chargers, etc must also be returned. All items must be in "like new" condition and returned to the location they were purchased from. You will be responsible for any additional usage charges that you may have incurred.

Extended Trial Periods for a Person with a Disability

If you are a person with a disability, you are entitled to an extended trial period and may cancel without incurring any termination fees or other penalty up to 30 days from the contract start date. Complete packaging, boxes, manuals, chargers, etc must also be returned. All items must be in "like new" condition and returned to the location they were purchased from. You will be responsible for any additional usage charges that you may have incurred.
