How do I activate Visual Voicemail on my iPhone?

Activating Visual Voicemail

To activate visual voicemail you need to text the word STATE to 4016. When sending the text to 4016 please ensure all capital letters are used for the word STATE.

To Set Up Visual Voicemail:

  1. Tap the green Phone icon located at the bottom left of the Home screen on your iPhone. Then tap the Voicemail icon.
  2. If you are a new customer your iPhone will prompt you to create a voicemail password and record a personal greeting
  3. If you are an existing customer any of your voicemails that were already saved in your inbox will remain available after the setup process is complete.
