How does Visual Voicemail work on Android phones?

Learn how to access, download and use the Tbaytel Visual Voicemail Cafe app on your Android phone

 

  1. After the feature Visual Voicemail is added to your account, download the free Tbaytel Visual Voicemail for Cafe app from the Google Play Store.
  2. Set up the Visual Voicemail app by opening the app after installation or by tapping on the Voicemail icon.  You will be greeted by a welcome screen.  Tap "Next" to read a brief description of the voicemail service.
  3. If you have an existing voicemail account on your phone then you will be prompted for your Voicemail Password.  You will also be asked to change your personal greeting.  Next it will synchronize your messages.

If this is a new voicemail account, you will be prompted to create a voicemail password and record a personal greeting.
