How do I subscribe to Visual Voicemail for my iPhone?

Learn how to subscribe to Tbaytel's Visual Voicemail for your iPhone

You can add Visual Voicemail to your account by visiting an authorized Tbaytel dealer or by speaking with a Tbaytel Service advisor.

NOTE: Please ensure that you have the latest version of the carrier settings on your iPhone. The most up to date carrier settings are required in order to activate the Visual Voicemail feature. To determine you carrier settings:

  1. Tap on Settings > General > About and look next to "Carrier"
  2. If it displays "tbaytel 18.1" or higher, then you have the latest version of carrier settings. This means you will not have to do anything further.

NOTE: Visual Voicemail uses data. Any use of Visual Voicemail outside of Canada will be subject to data roaming rates. If your data is blocked or turned off your visual voicemail will not work.
