Connecting the outside telephone service wire to the house and to the pole or pedestal will be scheduled after the homeowner places an order with Tbaytel’s Customer Care department. Tbaytel should be contacted 3 – 4 weeks before telephone service is required in the home. Once installed, the telephone service wire and conduit will be coiled up beside the entrance point at the house and at the pole or pedestal.
