In order to connect a device to WiFi, you need to know your WiFi password. If you do not know your password please contact Technical Support for assistance.

Apple iPhone/iPad

1. Go into Settings
2. Select WiFi
3. Allow the scan to complete than select your WiFi network
4. Enter your WiFi password 
5. Select Join

Android Phone/Tablet

1. Go into Settings
2. Select Connections
3. Select WiFi
4. Allow the scan to complete than select your WiFi network
5. Enter your WiFi password
6. Select Connect

Windows PC/Laptop

1. On the task bar at the bottom of the screen click on the network icon (usually a globe)
2. A window will open listing any network that can be seen by the computer
3. Click on your WiFi network and you will be prompted for a password
4. Enter your WiFi password
5. Select Connect

1. Select the WiFi icon in the menu bar
2. Select your WiFi network and you will be prompted for a password
3. Enter your WiFi password
4. Select Join

TV

Instructions for TV vary by brand. It is recommended to read the wireless connection instructions in the TV's user manual. Alternatively you can visit the TV manufacture's website as they may have walk through instructions or a manual available for download. The steps below provide the typical steps to connect a TV to your wireless network.

1. Press the Settings button on the remote that came with the TV when it was bought from the store
2. Go into Network Settings
3. Select Connect to a network
4. Select Wireless for the connection type
5. Allow the TV to do a scan of available networks
6. Select your network name from the list
7. When prompted for the password enter the current WiFi password
