Note: it is important that your software on your device is up to date and that you are using an LTE SIM card, and that you are a Postpaid customer.

If the device is not on the list, the customer will need to switch to a device on the list in order to access roaming services while on a partner’s 4G LTE network in the U.S. In addition, since most of these customers are currently out of contract this may also be a great opportunity to upgrade their current device. (Reminder - If a customer has Prepaid service, their  device will not roam regardless of the make/model.)

2. Ensure the device software is current by completing any necessary updates. Software updates are completed through the Settings menu on the device

3. Ensure the device has a 4G LTE SIM card installed.
