If you would like to switch to Tbaytel Mobility and port in your number, visit any Tbaytel Authorized Mobility Dealer or contact Tbaytel Customer Care at 807-623-4400.
The port in process requires the line to be an active number, do not cancel the account of the phone number you want to port in. If the number is canceled it is no longer a valid portable number. Also, be sure to have a copy of your invoice available to share with Tbaytel. It will be used to verify the phone number and allow Tbaytel to facilitate the porting procedure on your behalf.
