If you are no longer using a Legacy set top box you can return the unused unit to the Tbaytel Store. One thing you should check before you return a set top box is that it isn’t your primary PVR unit.
Legacy PVR units that Tbaytel has in circulation are the VIP2262 and the VIP5662. These devices should not be returned to Tbaytel unless you are canceling your Tbaytel TV service.
Legacy Set top boxes and PVRs can be returned to the Tbaytel Store should they no longer be needed. Please ensure to return he power cord for the unit & the Set Top Box/PVR unit itself. Any other cables (IE: HDMI cable) associated with the Set Top Box/PVR do not need to be returned.
